The TCU Horned Frogs added another top defensive back from Texas to their steadily rising class of 2018 with the addition of Trevon Moehrig-Woodard.

Moehrig-Woodard comes to TCU from Smithson Valley in Spring Branch, TX. The 6-foot-2 195 pound Moehrig-Woodard plays cornerback at Smithson Valley although he will likely play weak safety at TCU to better use his size and athleticism. He and Atanza Vongor give the #CarterBoys18 two bigger defensive backs than they have had in the past and they will likely push for playing time upon arrival in Fort Worth.

Moehrig-Woodard chose TCU over the likes of Stanford, Ole Miss, Georgia, Texas A&M, Baylor and Arizona.
