FRISCO, Texas - Frisco Centennial CB Ranthony Texada made his verbal commitment to TCU Monday, making him the Frog's 12th commitment in the Class of 2013.

"The bond that I've built with the coaches and everyone on the coaching staff," Texada said. "They treat me well whenever I come out here. I built a good relationship with Coach Jennings and the move to the Big 12 was huge too."
Texada said the coaching staff told him they'll use him as a field corner, training another 2013 commit, Steve Wesley, as a boundary corner.
Texada held multiple offers, including TCU. He turned town schools such as Baylor, Houston, Iowa State, SMU and Western Kentucky with his decision Monday.
