TCU in the mix for Williams

Being a junior, Dallas Lincoln forward Jordan Williams said his search for the right college is still "wide open." But he's definitely keeping TCU -- where he took an unofficial visit last weekend -- in the mix.
Williams and his mother Angela Williams both thought the TCU campus and facilities were nice, and the fact that it's not too far from home is a bonus.

"I don't know if he likes that, but I do," Angela Williams said, laughing.
"We had a good time, and we thought a lot about the school," Angela Williams said. "It seems like with the new coach, by the time my son would be there, the team will be pretty good. It seemed like the staff was family-oriented, and the basketball players were very respectful, and I know that stems from TCU and the coaching staff."
Jordan Williams, who, at 6-foot-6, would likely play small forward in college, has also made unofficial visits to Baylor and Oklahoma State. He said he's had scholarship offers from Baylor, Oklahoma State and Fresno State. Angela Williams said she and her son are visiting many schools within driving distance of Dallas so Jordan Williams can see what each school has to offer and how he would fit in.
As for last weekend, Jordan Williams said his visit to TCU, "was real good. I liked it."
