TCU Baseball defeats Penn State 12-1, improves to 2-0

The bats came alive for TCU in game two of the 2017 season. Brian Howard was great in his season debut going 6.0 strong innings allowing just one run on three hits. He retired 15 of 16 at one point after allowing a run in the first inning.

The offense was led by Nolan Brown, who was 3-3 with two doubles and drove in four runs for the Frogs.

Elliott Barzilli hit the first of what will be many home runs hit by the Frogs this season with a solo shot in the fifth inning.

The Horned Frogs go for the sweep tomorrow at 11am, game moved up due to impending weather, and can be seen on Fox Sports Southwest Plus at Noon on tape delay. talented freshman Nick Lodolo will make his collegiate debut tomorrow, so get to Lupton and cheer on the nation's number one team.
