Grayson running back Wayne Gallman is starting to become quite popular.
As a matter of fact, most schools in the southeast are starting to notice the Peach State star, and the offers are coming quickly.
"I have offers from South Carolina, Georgia Tech, Clemson, Auburn, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, and Georgia," said Gallman. "The offers have been coming in lately."
Georgia, Gallman's most recent offer, came earlier today when the Grayson two-way star visited Athens with his teammates.
"I went up there today with Robert Nkemdiche, David Kamara, and Ryan Carter," said Gallman. "We had a really good time. It was a great trip, really."
The visit was an informal one for Gallman, but it was also quite busy.
"We did a lot," he said. "We watched a highlight film, took a tour, ate, and spent a lot of time with the coaches."
Since recruiting is all about relationships, its always important to note what coaches spent the most time with the players.
In this case, Gallman spent most of his time with a couple of coaches.
"I hung out with Coach (Brian) McClendon a lot," said Gallman. "But Coach (Mark) Richt spent a lot of time with all of us. He is the one who gave me the offer and let me know they wanted me. So that was cool."
Most of Gallman's focus this spring and summer will be preparing to help Grayson defend its crown as state champions, but he also has plans to give some attention to his recruitment.
"I'll probably take in some camps," said Gallman. "I want to visits some schools and see some places this summer."
Although offers are rolling in at a steady pace, the Peach State prospect has decided that he is not going to pay attention to any pressure or be in any hurry.
"I'm just going to take it easy and enjoy it," said Gallman. "I'm going to see who offers and just go from there."
