July 23, 2012 According to sources, former Miami head football coach Randy Shannon will take over as TCU's linebackers coach with a formal announcement coming in the next few days. Shannon was the head coach at the University of Miami from 2007-2010, posting his best record of 9-4 in 2009. He posted a 28-20 record before his fireing in 2010 He played his college ball for Miami and spent time in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys. Shannon replaces Tony Tademy, who resigned earlier this month. |
