FROM UNDER ARMOUR: Liner staying mum on AU
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- War Eagle.
That's what defensive lineman commit Dee Liner had to say to Auburn fans after the Under Armour All-American game Friday afternoon.
Although Liner's Team Nitro ultimately lost to Team Highlight 16-3 in a defensive showdown, he still says the experience was worth it.
"It means a big thing because 92 people out of the whole United States got invited to this," he said.
Team Nitro was filled with current, former and prospective Auburn players. Among them was linebacker Reuben Foster, who was named the game's defensive MVP, Earnest Robinson and Carl Lawson.
