Did Heupel Land the Right Man?
SAN ANTONIO - No player in Oklahoma's 12-man class of 2012 has remained a bigger enigma than San Antonio Reagan quarterback Trevor Knight. It's not that Knight committed to Oklahoma as an unknown, in fact quite the contrary - Knight was a long-time Texas A&M commitment and had been known about since the spring of his sophomore year at Reagan. However the 6-foot-3, 190-pound prospect has never been one to involve himself with the media or publicly comment on his own play.
So SoonerScoop.com headed to Comalander Stadium in North San Antonio to take a look at Knight, his twin brother Connor Knight and the rest of the Rattlers roster as they took on returning state quarter finalist San Antonio Wagner and their talented back Derrick Kindred.
Knight, and the rest of his team, got off to a slow start spotting Wagner a 17-0 lead before the Rattlers seemingly ever entered the stadium.
